I have 3 missing topup, still not in the app.

Not sure if you guys aware... There is this "Authorised Charges" amount in the PBVS card summary screen in PBe. I have checked before and after my topup. The amount does include all topup that I have entered the otp. It is a good place to cross check if one does not want to call PBB to ask if swipes are accepted by PBB.

Scb online screen will also immediately show "unposted transaction" in the transaction history. Email will follow up and sms as well if top up to bp sucessful.
Btw, in your report to bp, u need to use a keyword. After i used the keyword, bp quickly rectify the missing top up like 30mins later. Im cant confirmed how true is it. But no worry, i think they will update the missing top up soon to u all. |

Cards for my family members yet to arrive, after so many days shown in app as delivered. Application made about 2 weeks ago.
1) Couldn't get them through phone 2) Sent 3 e-mails since about 1 week ago, no reply at all 3) FB messenger, no reply too I just want to cancel and get them return the RM 20 top up, really wasting my time, but can't even do that |

Hey guys, newb question here. So regarding the exchange rate feature does it mean that if I use BP to buy stuff online from foreign merchants I'd get a better rate than I would with my debit card?

i call no pickup... i key in my number for call back but no call back... then suddenly after 1 and a half day the reload from SC was shown in the app with the correct date and time when i perform the reload. |

what we can deduce is that BigPay isn't treating this missing topup issue seriously.. they are treating it as a norm... which is UNACCEPTABLE. as a service provider, you should ensure your system is ready and available all the time. don't give any reason like server busy or payment provider having issue. there is always a way to solve the problem, provided you are determined to do so. if your payment processor is the main problem, force them to do something about it or else there are lots of other payment processor out there that can take the load of cust transactions. |
