Anyone use Haverkamp tint before? Last week i went to test it at Sunway branch and the result is awesome. They provide 10 years warranty and now offer price is RM1688. IRR is 96%, Made in Germany also.

Any one install in on current cx-5 or not?

Guys, after all this months of waiting...my car will be here on Wednesday.

Is there a checklist or anything i need to bear in mind before accepting the car?

I got the VIN Checker link already.

And i heard from bro Voncrane saying that, do not cruise the car at the same speed for long time right? (80km/h for 30mins)

Not sure about the cruise since I don't use it much. I zoom zoom in highway mostly and stuck in jam if in city.

Basic checking like lights, door locks, all the features, buttons and etc. Ask the SA to explain each features and functions to you 1 by 1. Doing that you can learn about what they does and at the same time check if it works.

Exterior wise, check if there's any dent or scratches. Check if the day light LED headlamp, headlamp, signal, brake light and rear light is working.

SCBS and blind side mirror warning is a bit hard to test it out unless you drive it out around before signing. If you are getting diesel variant, LAS, LDWS and DAA is hard to test on the spot as well.

C'mon.. Use dem balls, bruh.. Just drive it straight into the wall of the showroom and smile when it brakes itself... laugh.gif

The checklist is just to say you got this and that items la.. Like spare tire, pump, first aid kit, etc.. Not about the fit and finish of the car or engine..

Yeah, basically.. Breaking in the engine is subjective. But I did for mine anyways, just for peace of mind. Test the auto cruise once or twice.. Just to make sure it works.. Then disable it. Then drive around at varying speeds and revs, keeps the car on its toes and stuff gets calibrated.. Also certain metals or internal engine parts that start out with rough edges, become smoother..etc.. Do till after first service and all checks out.. Then feel free to zoom zoom about as you wish.. thumbup.gif

Few days before collect the car.
When the car is already allocated to you from HQ, your SA will call you to prepare the DP

any tint can achieve 99% IRR...that's not what matters on a good tint

check the TSER..the higher the better

Can do the math easily.

Ron95 is RM2.2
Ron97 is RM2.64

50L

RM110 - 95

RM132 - 97

I think our tank is 56L blush.gif
