puncak alam kinda crazy these few years since the modern PA first explored by MKH.... new launchings keep on coming....

More constructions more merrier.....Sigh......Giv should start controlling development......

i think commercial developments are very welcoming la... not more residential projects.... if at least 50% of each township projects here are occupied... you will have alot of volume for business activities already....

Yeah but still more concern on the existing infra and also upcoming supply of developments....but too be fair, avywhere have this problem......

yeah.... very normal issue for every townships... u cant stop developing if you wish your township to grow... unless u wan your area to remain as a secluded resort town... thats another issue already.... like alam impian... for so many years developed already... neither here nor there... commercials half dead... the whole township also feel very peaceful... not sure its good or bad thing or not...

no la... the external part of PA... just developed very recently ma... nobody bother about those pieces of lands there at all until they went in... PA definitely existed longer than this especially the tesco that areas.... during my earlier working days... every year come to this area just to audit the same client for every quarter...

I see many similarities between PA and Semenyih, which Semenyih already gone through the massive launching stages 3 - 4 years back..

already ada 2 high-rise liao.... one already VP... now in very dead punya condition... another 1 is the IJM one... i think VP maybe next year or so.... should be another dying pattern....

BSC under sg buloh ma... i think the earliest one that build at the external part of PA is the Aquila by Perfect Eagle... after VP... immediately tenggelam satu feat all the units there....

yea.... but i think it could be they just follow the trend aje since residential offering really alot here... build another proper business park to compliment EW one... at least there's some small path to self sustaining... lets hope they can materialize it....

I always thought coalfields is at Ijok and therefore part of puncak alam.

i think high rise product was not that good market at this area, since there are still wide plot of land at this area...

But BSC under mukim ijok & daerah kuala selangor.
Only that location called as sg buloh.
SU also under daerah KS, but not sure under which mukim

Ijoh is capital city for puncak alam but bsc is in sg buloh.

So daerah kuala selangor consists of puncak alam and what else?

All township development all sama sama formula one la.....no matter is semenyih, PA or Canal CIty, all development trend roughly same, of course need to based on market demands n needs too

These days landed homes too expensive already. Not many young people can ill afford and developers cant rely on landed owners to move in.

Therefore lifestyle condos or highrises are on their target.

so thats y whole PA is leasehold but BSC is freehold?
