Hi,
If the 22" screen resolution is too tough for the current gfx card, does lowering the resolution to 19" screen makes the image blur very much? very noticeable? Thanks in advance

HDCP is not for you to 'use'. It's just a Digital Content Protection. Google it if you do not know what HDCP actually is.

2232gw is using glare screen while 2232bw using normal screen.
well 2232 & 226 panel almost having the same spec. the only different is the viewing angle has been improve from 160 degree to 170 degree based on official spec.

Shocking... DELL 2707WFP is now selling @ RM2999!!

http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/c...dhs1&l=en&s=dhs]http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/c...dhs1&l=en&s=dhs

I just bought the 2407WFP HC Edition today @ RM2366 (5 years warranty + Delivery)...

...should i cancel it and revert to the 27" or the 2407WFP HC Edition is better for using Photoshop/InDesign?
I mean apart from the (obvious) size diff (24" vs 27"), does the 27WFP produces better color?

My main concern in the 27WFP dont have the Pivot (90degrees turn) option and the pixel dimension
is the same as 24WFP (1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz). rclxub.gif

Since im not usinng it for gaming... more to design apps, my main concern is color reproduction.

If you (or anybody for that matter) have both experiences with this 2 Flat Panels, your
views in this matter are highly appreciated. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thanks!

I would get the dell 2707 if I am you, from my own experience. Text to me on 24inch 1920x1200 seems really small as compare to 27 or 28inch screen. As color reproduction, I think both are more or less the same, as if not mistaken, 2407 nowdays used va panels like on 2707. And regarding the pivot, you can always look for an after market vesa wall mount or stand which able to provide pivot features. And if I were to choose the on the 24inch, I would go for benq 241w or the LG 246wpbn, as you can check up online reviews and users opinions on all these lcd monitors.

The base stand of the 27inch wont actually took up alot of desktop space as compare to a 24inch ones. If you meant the larger screen panel blocking your other devices, then I really had no comment bout it.

Well not necassary. I sitting distance is bout 60 to 70cm away from my so call 28inch screen and I dont really feel hard to view on it. The distance is just ngam ngam good where I view the entire screen without turning my head smile.gif

there is oso a Sony S310 series which supports 1080p though it's not a full HD panel. wat surprises me is the retailing price of a 32" LCD is sold less than 3000!
