QUOTE(Inoue @ Sep 18 2007, 12:08 PM) Shocking... DELL 2707WFP is now selling @ RM2999!! Waaa, now they have 27" Widescreen? http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/c...dhs1&l=en&s=dhs]http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/c...dhs1&l=en&s=dhs I just bought the 2407WFP HC Edition today @ RM2366 (5 years warranty + Delivery)... ...should i cancel it and revert to the 27" or the 2407WFP HC Edition is better for using Photoshop/InDesign? I mean apart from the (obvious) size diff (24" vs 27"), does the 27WFP produces better color? My main concern in the 27WFP dont have the Pivot (90degrees turn) option and the pixel dimension is the same as 24WFP (1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz). Since im not usinng it for gaming... more to design apps, my main concern is color reproduction. If you (or anybody for that matter) have both experiences with this 2 Flat Panels, your views in this matter are highly appreciated. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------- RiVeR MaYa 22" is enough for me. |

QUOTE(Inoue @ Sep 19 2007, 02:24 AM) huhuh... i'l wait for u to try (any) 24" Flat Panel (with good color reproduction) It is true, the bigger the better. But if its too big, I wonder how can one see the screen properly at a close distance. then i berani potong kuku ( the reason i'm sticking with my order for the 24" simply becoz my workstation table is not big enough to place the 27" + Laptop + Wacom Tablet ----------------------- RiVeR MaYa Added on September 19, 2007, 2:29 amoh and plus... the 2407WFP overall design is better than the 2707WFP... the 2407WFP physical design is similar to the 30" design but with pivot capability (90 degree rotation). -------------------------------------- RiVeR MaYa Serious? I haven't check out any 24" yet, will go and see someday then only I judge. |

Sheet, lucky I didn't buy that 22" DELL Widescreen last time, the price has dropped damn alot.
Now RM800+ for a 22" is fair. |

To use a 27" LCD, need to have a real big ass working table. Need to move back a little somemore, so uncomfortable.

QUOTE(accs_centre @ Sep 28 2007, 06:38 PM) Actually 22" is the best desktop monitor size for me.. But just current 22" are all TN panel.. There's some better panel on the way ..stay tune.. Ooo, so all 22" brands out there are all TN panel? 24" with 1920 x 1200 resolution just makes the text looked too small Now I know. Added on September 28, 2007, 9:53 pm QUOTE(Irishcoffee @ Sep 28 2007, 07:38 PM) 27" close to RM3K. This post has been edited by zeist: Sep 28 2007, 09:53 PM |
