I just bought Mobil 1 Advance Fully Synthetic 5w20 for my Axia from Shopee seller named King Auto .
He parralel import it from USA.
Its also a bargain since its 5L and my engine only needs 3L. And its Mobil 1, kinda overkill for a Toyota engine but nevermind 
The seal is there and the bottle cap was very tight to open initially.

About your concern if 0w20 is suitable for Honda city, I have previously used 0w20 in my Exora. Turbocharged some more. No loss of oil. Engine still remains the same roughness as 5w30. FC probably about the same.
Then the next oil change I put back 5w30, same roughness (only when turbo boost). Now even with Liqui Moly MOS2.
So therefore thickness of oil does not mean it will protect better or make the sound softer. Your car and my car is not highly tuned engines. Thicker viscosity is to withstand higher temperature.

Different year, different batch. Poster post one is 2018 batch so might not have all the authenticity checking methods. The fact that that seller selling 5 year old oil without proper QR verification codes is red flag

But I can con-lan-firm that seller sell fake Shell Helix Ultra from the comment pictures. If that seller can sell fakes, then his other stuff also big red flag

Make sense. It is hard to imagine how a seller can sell take stuff for 1 thing but also sell genuine stuff for other things, especially if the price is very low like this. Better safe than sorry for engine I suppose.

I 200% confirmed what he selling is fake! I've bought before and found out fake. The bottle labelling itself already got many error. Qr code cannot be used. Oil is less than 4L..probably 3.7L only.

I went straight to their warehouse and what surprised me was a bunch of spm student actually the one selling it! How I know is because one of the staff told me their boss is in the school now! Hence not able to answer my call. They made me no choice but went to their place straight!

May be the boss is a teacher?

No photo/video, no evidence. Anyone can easily fabricate a childhood story and made others believe. But still there will be always idiots whom will believe words than photos.

Show some UOA evidence for both the fake and the original oil, and then only your story is credible.
