I think this kind of people should be charged in court, they could of caused serious engine damage, maybe even cause an accident

Technically failed delivery is not seller fault.
Its courier fault and refund is lazada fault.

I had similar experience. I bought Castrol Magnetec 10W-40 Semi from another seller in Lazada.

One fine day while doing housekeeping, I noticed the bottle cracked and oil was leaking from the bottom. Then, I quickly transferred it to another empty bottle. I noticed the oil is less thicker (like diluted) than original one.

Now, I dare not buy from Lazada no matter how cheap it is. I can't imagine how much the repair cost if engine is damaged by fake oil.

I wrote a letter to BP Malaysia asking them to authenticate the item. I shared with them the Lazada URL. Below is their reply.

Most of the EO selling in Lazada mostly import themselves. Like Tesco, Giant and Aeon.
Buy from those reputable seller.

Its just a template reply.. Its very normal if they do not have Official Online Channel Sales then they will reply like that.

Good, please report to Lazada so they can ban this seller!
Are there any differences in the bottle packaging as well?

It would be nice if you could furnish Castrol the balance of oil for UOA or whatever scicitific test and publish its findings over here.
So is the same as TS here, instead of speculation where something scientific can be had.

Would they entertain? Because its well known there are many fake engine oils all over the place.
Unlike baby milk, this is probably not a big issue to them since it does not involve danger to human beings.

Its much easier just to warn consumers to buy from reputable shops.
