Maybe TM should consider build another gateway and use load balancer to reduce heavy traffic, look at the ping from the gateway and you can see, such a high ping.

i'm suprise that everybody that is using streamyx is using the same gateway which is the 177....

i wonder why they don't have 3 or 4 gateways eg one gateway for one region..

i wonder what their network planning is doing..

Applied for upgrade through Farez ( 013-3942949 ) and until to date there's still no visit from the installer. Noticed through my router that my line has been upgraded when i wanna check the difficulty of getting online via my older id (probably due to Linksys router support only ADSL2 instead of ADSL2+). Gave the installer a call and was informed that currently there are having technical problems in regards to uploading. Downloading is OK.

rayfoo where are u staying at? do u always get dc every time?

nope, not really, quite stable, at gombak, try changing your modem modulation to one of the adsl 1 mode, which will sync your line at lower speed, see if it's any better

nope.. u wrong... i already report about the laggy issue.... surprise2.... they said the problem is the system suddenly change my 4mb connection to 1mb..... they say this something will happen... n they advise me if i hav the same issue... just contact them...

any 4mb users received their bill yet? looks like they billed me for 2 months in advanced only, no activation fees or installation fees charged plus rebate for my last month RM88 subscription balance ( starting from the day my 4mb was activateD) so total bill came to RM373.29 , their total amout usage is wrong though stated only 50gb, wherelese my bandwidth monitor program showing usage of over 200gb over
