By right you should get close to at least 4 mbps, no? I mean that is what your subscribing right? What's the point of testing an Indonesian server I might ask. It's not like your using their server or anything? Jezz logically you will test on the US's server because of most of the content on the internet is there zzz what la you.

4mbps but ping blows, heh! No point in upgrading if your into gaming. Obviously more bandwidth doesn't mean anything for latency or on overall service performance, just faster download speeds and upload speeds.

Thats pretty darn pathetic and 4 server's displaying less than half of 4mbps? SADDDDDDDDDDDD.

PS: Just my own opinion, don't take it as a personal attack or anything ; Also I just noticed that this thread is created mid last year which the promotion for the same 4mbps is RM198. Now it's RM160 right? One year can reduce RM38 then I'll wait a couple of years for them to really be "affordable" then roflcakes

With TMnet, you should remember to never never never take anything for granted. You must always be the "impatient yet understanding customer" meaning you should definitely call and continuously be a pain in the ass to them or else, they'll know everything is fine.

Just do a speedtest on local (TMnet speedtest) and international server (speedtest.net, choose US server) and check the speed. If its not even remotely close to 4MB (+-4000 kbps) then you must complain. Since your paying on time, the least they can do is to provide what they promise, right?
