Second time attempt to upgrade my 1 Mbps to 4 Mbps not sure can or not 1 week waiting time

Anyone have this problem where you are downloading stuff. Suddenly it gets dc. You tried to reconnect it back and can get a WAN ip, but you cannot surf at all ?? I tried reset my router damn many times already but I still cant surf.

So, I called 100 and the CS said, please try use direct manual connection, reset router crap.I wanna file a complain also cannot cause they talk the same crap over and over again until my hp credit ran out (15 minutes+). Now, I need 2 restart all over again!

Y they always think it's must be our side which got problem........ Sigh..

Try reboot. If can't fix then streamyx problem

Hmm so fakap both my Streamyx connections in my house is down

1 Mbps can get ip but cannot browsing

4 Mbps no dial tone at all DSL totally blinking

so lets say im using RM88 package, i want to get Super Deal 8 for standard package to 2mbps so i pay RM99 for 1st 4 months, and RM110 from the 5th month onwards until how long?

so its RM110 for 19 months then what? back to normal 2mbps price of RM-?

Just upgraded to 4mb. Good service from their technician and compliment to their 2nd level ATS department. Syabas

When streamyx is good, they're good.
But unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times they aren't... so this is that rare 1 time that they are good. lol.

i guess the same with me. phone line is fine, but dsl blinking since yesterday night until now. fakap

Today I received several disconnections. SNR and etc seems to be ok.

Reported the incident to TM hopefully they can restored back the line tommorow

suddenly ok now. after the rain pouring so heavily now, and its suddenly stable and i m surfing right away hope it last longer

It's almost 3rd week and I have not yet receive any upgrade news from TMnet. And secretly they've been charging my line for the crappy addon RM28 call plan which I don't the house phone at all. For half-a-year they have been charging and we have not notice anything.

Any idea how to unsubscribe it?
