Attenuation was 36

For HSI Plan Snr should be bigger than 15db and attenuation is below 40

Maybe someone fakap the cable at the dslam that caused this

Nope no frequent disconnection, bad speed and routing, anyway the TM haven't close my report they will check their equipment

Before this it was 5096

SNR 16.8

Attenuation was 36

my new 4mbps in putrajaya also keep on disconnecting after 30 minutes or 1 hour plus. reported to TM they said everything is OK. darn.

is't because i'm using the cheap riger? btw that riger wireless also sux. PC nearby also sometimes disconnect.

im using riger as well and its good, the weir thing is if my SNR margin go more than 8.5 my connection will drop otherwise it stay at 4mbps.. and more

Wired connection for desktop or laptop.
Wireless connection for laptop if you like to move around in the house.

How is your speed? Fast?

see my speedtest. i think not bad for rural area like mine . to have the availability of 4mbps here is suprising me. so i should go for wired eh? need to find cable then. smile.gif

TM return back my 5 Mbps jumper speed

Finally got back in speed but have to multitask download 3 files serentak during peak hours to get maximum speed otherwise will stuck at 1.5 Mbp

During non peak hours speed is great 1 single file download can reach up to 550kb/sec

i dont get it, is yours is 4mbps become 5 or it is 5 originally?
