Can I just buy my own fuel filter and ask Proton CS to change it on my next service?

Does it against their policy bla bla bla?

Well, I guess you can do that if you’re buddies with the PIC at dealers...but surely not at PESC...

It’s like bringing your own chicken to KFC and asking them to fry for you... 😅

Not allowable...haiz...anyhow this will be my last service with them...i just do the 60k service to safeguard my CVT gearbox warranty

Need feedback on any owner change their muffler to straight flow for CVT transmission? how the sound like? will it be too loud?

Even the original muffler sound bising once engine hit 3.5k rpm.

btw for those who say fuel filter no stock, even some waited for 1 year..

i wondering how come..

i just sent for service the other day for 60k km at COSE. no such problem for me.

total bill almost 800.

Use fuelly. First time it wouldnt measure as theres no record to measure against. Fill full tank then each time u refuel u fill in full tank. In the app just record ur odo reading and amount of fuel u pumped.

IMHO CVT best keep it stock because the sound is gonna be drony due to CVT characteristics. Theres no upshift sound and such. Heard straight pipe city before and it really sounds weird.
