QUOTE(WiLeKiyO @ Jan 21 2019, 06:04 PM) I just found out Edifier is releasing a new underseat sub-woofer. Underseat subwoofer normally build in teeny tiny amp.I think I might get it. Basically sub-woofer is just plug and play right? No need for extra amp or HUD modification? You just need to find a way to feed power and audio source. Wire splicing/soldering might be needed. Btw I installed SF651A, quite an upgrade to stock speaker. But the tweeter can be better IMO. |

QUOTE(WiLeKiyO @ Jun 9 2018, 11:09 PM) Hi I was wondering if you found an answer or solution to this? Thinking of adding some basic speakers for any rear passengers. Also, wondering whether anybody has solutions to the following issues: 1. Front passenger power window is slower than the other power windows 2. Despite installing the IP kit, there's still some sound from my dashboard 3. A lot of road noise when traveling on the highway 4. Engine almost dies when shifting gear from R to D just after car cold start. SC has tried once to fix, seems to have come back or not been solved 5. Rear windscreen fogs up a lot 6. Since this is standard version, no boot light. Any ideas? |

Someone posted a DIY fix, not sure if applicable 3. Tyre perhaps? But indeed insulation is lacking in Iriz 4. Haven't experience this yet 5. Aircond setting too cold or blower angle towards rear too much? 6. Someone posted a DIY previously, need to search see. |

Just did a major service after 3 years Ouch
Wonder does anyone experience these problem: 1. New set of Brake pads squeak when moving from stationery (without pressing the brake) 2. Rat squeak from the aircond blower (under the front passenger glovebox) especially while braking. 3. Rear right seat belt reel KO. Wonder if (3) is under warranty. Thanks |

Since only Proton, suggest just service outside. Just ensure parts u get are original which can get much cheaper outside vs thru sc, ie the absorber etc. Engine oil shell fully synthetic 5w40 can get at Giant at rm99 Service mine for engine oil and cvt oil change outside. Cvt oil change plus adaptation was priced at rm170. i did not change the filter and cvt gasket as mine is very low mileage (bought 2nd hand), 2015 at 12k km. Ask sc, they quoted me at 60k km service intervals following the schedule which at rm700++ This post has been edited by ayamxxx: Jan 24 2019, 03:39 PM |

Don't mistaken this if not bye2 cvtyeah, look at the service maintenance schedule for CVT alone already 300++, plus others already need 700++. The rest no problems. For brake pads maybe TS can recommend. If not mistaken change at sc got complete set with clip etc |
