It clearly stated stated redemption expires on 12 june 2018 for the VR. Item will be delivered to user 30 working day after redemption period ends.

There no place stated that will be delivered 30 days from your redemption

not every redemption requires verification. 4 items i redeem no verification only call i got was the delivery man from samsung.

Maybe they really did miss your redemption. Lol. I think I read someone already got their gear vr and so far I see all redeemed items were delivered according to type almost at the same time. I'd ask them too if I were you. Hopefully you can get yours soon.

Yeap. Told me after sent screenshot processing period is in 30days . I told them i waited 30 days lo. She said will speed up my process.
