Anyone not getting any Samsung points while using Samsung Pay for the past 2 days? Specifically with CIMB credit cards.

Ive noticed not getting points paying toll on KESAS with CIMB...it used to be delay issue, but i think last month.. its like 50/50 if get points delayed few days or dont get points at all..
Only found this problem at toll... usage at shops/restaurants all ok, instantly get. Now i switch toll to SC card, always get instantly.. This post has been edited by james2306: Nov 3 2025, 01:23 PM |

I've tried in 99Speedmart, AEON BiG, Shell.
All of them are not granting any points since yesterday, even the transaction is not showing up in the card section of the Samsung Pay app. |

Samsung going stingy with the points? It's been more than a week I'm not getting points from Petronas, only retail purchases still get points.

I got points expiring next year March and plan to get a samsung buds. Anyone has any ideas when do Samsung official site has major discounts on the buds? Xmas or year end sale? CNY sale maybe? Thanks

I used my Maybank CC for my SPay.
I was told that for Samsung, only 2 tokens available to use on different devices. But I somehow able to use it on my Note 9, S22U and GWatch4 for months, no problem. Also with iPhone but that different story.. Few days ago, I plan to use the card on another phone (a Flip). After adding the card to SPay, on the verification page, I need to call CS to activate (since cannot use the app option). CS advised me to delete ALL the card from ALL my devices first so they can reactivate the card on my new phone. But I didn't. Next morning, the card is auto-verified in the new phone and still available on the other devices. Tried on Flip, S22U, iPhone, still works. Should I delete them and add back, or just let it be like that? |
