Sorry for the late reply David. Did you ask the cashier at the cigarette counter that you would like to reload T&G? She will scan the amount you want to reload from her folder, RM 30, 50, 100 and you just mention that you would like to pay with pay wave. Profit.

Just try it. I kid you not it really does exist but only at Cold Storage Gurney Plaza. I asked at Cold Storage Island Plaza and they don't have it there.

Yes. I asked at the ciggy counter.
I tried to spot for the TnG reload machine but nowhere seen.
There's also no TnG logo displayed at the counter.

It is there. You just missed it. Just request at the counter that you would like to reload T&G. But you didn't ask the cashier, did you?

I use Mastercard on BHP, so far never once I have problem. Transaction is always recorded and points are awarded immediately.
