Oh, I used malaysia Contact Us from Malaysia Samsung and this is what i received?

Which means their official website also a problem on setting up "contact us" ?

I emailed directly from http://www.samsung.com/my/support/ and u can clearly see "Email to Samsung Pay"
and it direct me to this site : https://help.content.samsung.com/csweb/main/ticketGate.do

It's not my fault anyway ?

There's this clause no.11 under T&C mentioned that Samsung will not hold any responsibility on any unsucessful delivery.

I see where you are coming from but so far, almost all the people here who redeemed from S Pay rewards got their items delivered.

I think it's much easier and quicker to use their live chat to ask these kind of questions. Easier to ask follow up questions too.
But to answer your question, like everyone else has said, give them about a month or slightly more. T&c stated 30 working days after redemption period. Their Samsung pay page shown redemption period ended on the same day it was offered so about a month from that date.

It just weird that what took them so long to deliver hmm.gif

I see. No wonder. Live chat doesn't work on your mobile phone, using your own mobile network instead of company's wifi?

I've asked Samsung about the tracking and they said that they are unable to provide any tracking code. The courier company, GDEX, will contact us directly. In case we don't receive the item (presumably after 30 working days), then we should revert to them for further escalation. Based on my counting, 30 working days should be around 6 June (not counting Saturday as working day).

If you need to write to Samsung, you can either click on Contact Us from the Samsung Pay app itself or email them at my.samsungpay@samsung.com.
