Normally it takes how long for the reward redemption to receive?
I had redeemed Wireless charger since 20th April but now still dun have sound yet.

Oh, I used malaysia Contact Us from Malaysia Samsung and this is what i received?

Which means their official website also a problem on setting up "contact us" ?

I emailed directly from http://www.samsung.com/my/support/ and u can clearly see "Email to Samsung Pay"
and it direct me to this site : https://help.content.samsung.com/csweb/main/ticketGate.do

It's not my fault anyway ?

Redeem on 20th April 2018

Received my Samsung Wireless Charger (2018) yesterday (11th May 2018), quite fast smile.gif

But it's not convertible charger though sad.gif

Guys, what's the XP for 15 > 16 in Bixby ?

Currently on the way from 14 > 15 needs 5k which equivalent to 10 days talking to it..
