When you made the transaction, was your watch paired with your phone? If they are paired, they should appear immediately. If they are not paired when you made the payment, most likely next payment you make when watch and phone paired, then only they'll sync and appear.

Samsung is getting it wrong. They are just getting business from those top 10 or 20. The rest already given up. I joined but only did 5 transactions because I don’t think it’s worth it. With every 1000th, they no longer need to set 10minutes limit, people will swipe more than 6 times in an hour. Besides it would be fair because it was neither on amount or transactions but based purely on luck. Those ppl with machine can swipe all they want but would not guaranteed to be the 1000th or 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 position of overall transactions. If the same guy kept winning all these, definitely something need to change before people totally given up on using them.

Personally I already reduced to 20 per month. Both my cousins too. The hassle of going to swipe plus higher prices in stores VS online, it’s really not going to be worthy given how much the points redemption increase has been. Unless like you said, 50x ice cream cone or 55cents mineral water, but this is going nowhere.

I would totally scrap the points, and have the lucky draw every month. It works for credit card issuers, so why it wouldn’t work for Spay?

That's just too bad. It is not like they do not have funds to run campaigns every month. They really need it to bring in new user base and also keep existing users happy.

Well, here's some logic but I might be wrong.

In April, there was a redemption campaign with grand prize of Gear Fit.
And at there's on going contest for Note 8 spanning into mid-May.

Technically speaking, in May, they have already an event running with the allocated budget.
So next round will in June and most probably during Raya time frame.

yeap the last gear was in february but vacuum cleaner was in march then april is gear

So based on your tracking, can you predict when Samsung will offer the Gear in rewards again?

samsung sure will offer gear again because that the most wanted item but question is when?

If not paired during payment that's why it was not reflected. Even you sync how many times after that, it won't appear. Next time you want to pay with your watch, just connect to your phone 1st, and they should be reflected.

I hope with their deep pocket and profits, they can still offer decent electronics items on monthly basis, even if there's no major items some months. The only problem with that is, without promotions like bixby where we can collect lots of points, our points will deplete much quicker than they can offer good stuff. Lol. I think I'm going to hoard my points for raya month.

Even not sync with phone it will appear later because i seldom link my phone with my watch with bluetooth but once i sync the transaction appeared.

That's how it always is with me. The transactions made when the watch is not connected to the phone won't appear until I make transaction with both devices paired. Then the gear app will sync and all transactions appear.

I just realised that there is quite a number of you who don't connect your gear to your phone.... surprisingly. So you guys just use it standalone?
