Is the pic above is show unit or the renovated unit? Looks like one of the unit in the condo itself. Previously i was told tht the renovation will be only done after obtaining the CF.

These pictures were taken in the actual Tasik Residency Site itself, but need special arrangement with the specific agents to visit it as the building is in the final stage of construction. Let us know if any prospect needed any special arrangement.

Hey buddies, hope I am welcomed here in the forum.

I bought a unit here in Tower A, Tasik Residency. Yes the place is full of serenity my unit is facing East, swimming pool and the attraction are the lakes, hills, housing bungalow (D Island) and Cyber/Putrajaya buildings scenaries. Can't imagine how beautiful they are at night.

Screwed up in the development progress due to MCO, I guessed many buyers like me are frustated, should be moving in June 2020.

Question, can we actually move in much earlier than expected now?

Hi bro...looks like the previous posts got someone mentioning Sept is CCC and than got another post telling end of the year..not really sure. I also bought a unit there facing lake n swimming pool too. Was planning to move this year but MCO screwed up all.

Would any of the authorised developer staff advise us when would be the actual CCC and expected handover for furnished unit.

Kpkt data was submitted by the developer. Most consumers in this country are fomo herd. Stickers is developer favourite game.

Yes, the HOC + MCO package do attracts many ppls viewing recently and quite a lot bookings, so almost 75% booked now, hopefully more cases loan approved and become your neighbours 🤗

last time buyers used to pick East facing 2415sqft, but currently as we can arrange actual site viewing on appointment basis, the Sunset side facing with extra huge Balcony 2598sqft , many ppls prefer the West facing with bigger balcony (but cheaper price compare to East facing), that's why equally taken rclxm9.gif

What I've heard is the numbers there is not updated and some bookings are still pending loan approval. However, there are few questions which some of my friends who visited the area asked me, which I appreciate if any SA could advise us.

1. The road leading to the condo is quite bad for a luxury condo and another semi d project nearby (so called upper middle class area). Is there any joint plan for road upgrade by the developers.

2. Is the condo fibre optic rdy?

3. The condo maintenance is very cheap RM0.11 persqft. But taking X2 project as a cue, was there any increase within 1st 5 years on VP.

4. Based on the latest info, what is the demography of the purchasers.

I believe these are some of the important questions tht will determine ppl to buy the project. But my personal opinion is tht for this huge build up, hard to get a better price anywhere else in klang valley although as any other condo it has it's own pros & cons. Has I've been in puchong for 11 years, unless u work in kl or other part, there is no need to go out from puchong for ur daily leisure life and connectivity to major highways are big plus. Traffic, yes it's getting worst but for any old timer, there are many sub roads u can use to avoid bad traffics
