What I've heard is the numbers there is not updated and some bookings are still pending loan approval. However, there are few questions which some of my friends who visited the area asked me, which I appreciate if any SA could advise us.
1. The road leading to the condo is quite bad for a luxury condo and another semi d project nearby (so called upper middle class area). Is there any joint plan for road upgrade by the developers.
2. Is the condo fibre optic rdy?
3. The condo maintenance is very cheap RM0.11 persqft. But taking X2 project as a cue, was there any increase within 1st 5 years on VP.
4. Based on the latest info, what is the demography of the purchasers.
I believe these are some of the important questions tht will determine ppl to buy the project. But my personal opinion is tht for this huge build up, hard to get a better price anywhere else in klang valley although as any other condo it has it's own pros & cons. Has I've been in puchong for 11 years, unless u work in kl or other part, there is no need to go out from puchong for ur daily leisure life and connectivity to major highways are big plus. Traffic, yes it's getting worst but for any old timer, there are many sub roads u can use to avoid bad traffics
And that area is quite congested and surround by mid to lower class properties... may be it will take another 10years to matured town
