Oh, this house cater needs of family ownstay that's wanted a spacious yet good environment, because condo nowadays rather small which standard big one also only 1100-1500sf or those that's want landed size built -up but prefer full facilities & condo safe guidance environment.

That's why it's earlier phase of X2 Residency which have same concept are sold out now and all of them are for ownstay and you can always see parents playing with their children or walk with their toddler on the large on-ground playground in the evening time.

If according to last phase residence, I see most of them transform the yard become wet kitchen, that's why they like the yard big, got some layout yard smaller the buyer also ask me why smaller, lol. Then, they use the large balcony one side sidai baju and middle put recreational table & chair, actually quite useful layout if u can imagine and transform it. But of course up to everyone creativity and thinking lah 😀

Ya, some single working adult may just want small and cozy condo, while some family with few children and elderly may need larger space to stay & move comfortably in own sweet home. Most ppl do love big sizes condo but scare it will be super expensive because normally 2000sf in PJ or Ara Damansara where I researched eg. Armanee Terrace, Ara Green or USJ One (You One) all range at least from RM1.2mil to 2mil (OMG!!!), but this one in Puchong price only around RM700k+-, so still worth looking for family ownstay lah

It not consider new block, as it's a new project. Considered the new phase of X2. the most common layout 2415sf is same with X2 showroom size, but this new phase with different layout on it's facility and like a upgrade version as it is with lake pavillion and esplanade with unobstructed lake view.

Any local Putra Prima resident who stay for more than 10 years around?

What I know is the site is not reclamation land, but is solid land that's why u see it follows the shape of lake on the site plan, if landfill then it definitely will be squarish piece of land to maximize usage.

But even if u worried on ex-mining or reclamation also should not be problem as u can see now where Sunway, The Mines are once ex-mining area, or Penang or Singapore with reclamation on sea bed, all of those areas are developing well with high demand and nice view.

- When visited the building site about a month ago, they had already built up to about the 20th Floor for Block A (so they have already started building for quite some time even before launching) and building has started for Block B (even though not launched yet).

and one more thing is I think when the land become lesser in the future, it's really impossible to find this size in the market and the market price will be shoot up in 10-15 years time, as demand higher than supply at that time, as all condo will going towards 800sf-1000sf max.

yaloh, that day went another condo nearby survey, because super low density, just 128 units if not mistaken, so it charge around RM540/ mo for a 1400sf with just a gym and swimming pool facility, terkejut aku, then only know because too low density, so each unit need to pay more to maintain. so density better not too low or too high rupa-rupanya

From October onwards no more furnished package jor oh. The quality i would say is standard quality

128 units is the Elevia opposite the Wharf
