Mau kepo the furnishing costs n items saja, but if you dont have anymore its cool.
I saw some for mine at Hyve, it was about 65% to 80% more than what I paid to furnish mine. Wondering if thats normal.

To those that are leaning towards purchasing a unit here; be prepared to fight a long battle with the developers post JMB formation. They can be quite immature and your RM0.11 psf will definitely not be sustainable after JMB's formation. The developer will pull out his guards, gardeners, cleaners, pool cleaners and staffs. You will then realize how it'll almost be doubled to sustain. I'm an owner of X2 Residency, the first pet project for the developer to 'test' and 'learn' how to build and maintain a condo property. Cheers.

so wondering what is the pricing now? understand now JMB is formed

Today went to visit my friend in X2 Residency, the environment looks quite a lot improved compared 3 months ago I visited, the pond get clean already, common area floor also looking good, see gardener cutting and beautify the plant near guardhouse and see got apps some more komunikasih for X2 Residence to know of important notice and got installing extra grill surround guardhouse to avoid trespasser, everything is enhancing now after u all form JMB ya heard maintenance fee is still 0.11cent ya. But really nice and spacious see my friend house inside and her unit Block B facing Tasik Residency, can see it like upgraded version and the view is superb overseeing D'island and very windy also, maybe today is rainy day, so very cooling

whats the price now and package?

Currently the price is RM7XXK for 2200 sf size unit. Free stamp duty for frst time buyer as announced by government. Spa legal fees will be absorbed by developer.

yaya, previously got HOC package going on till 30th June, I think it should be continue now, since HOC is extended to 31st Dec 2019 already

So when the handover is expected?

I heard tower A should be VP this Dec 2019 or if late a bit will be in 1st Quarter 2020

HOC package is started by government which objective is to encourage local citizen to get own properties before foreigner did. It comes with some certain terms and the benefits of it is at least save up your costing on documentation fees.

Heard tht Tower A VP delayed till june 2020..is tht true?

manage to go in Tasik Residency actual site yesterday, project about to complete, pending CCC. expected completion date should be around March 2020. Cheers !
