Hey buddies, hope I am welcomed here in the forum. I bought a unit here in Tower A, Tasik Residency. Yes the place is full of serenity my unit is facing East, swimming pool and the attraction are the lakes, hills, housing bungalow (D Island) and Cyber/Putrajaya buildings scenaries. Can't imagine how beautiful they are at night. Screwed up in the development progress due to MCO, I guessed many buyers like me are frustated, should be moving in June 2020. Question, can we actually move in much earlier than expected now? This post has been edited by adharith: Jun 22 2020, 01:54 PM

QUOTE(lysiew @ Jun 26 2020, 06:20 PM) [attachmentid=10524279] Hi Siew, Thank you and hope you can consistently update the progress. Really appreciate your efforts. Current availability, both sides equally taken last time buyers used to pick East facing 2415sqft, but currently as we can arrange actual site viewing on appointment basis, the Sunset side facing with extra huge Balcony 2598sqft , many ppls prefer the West facing with bigger balcony (but cheaper price compare to East facing), that's why equally taken

QUOTE(shasgen12 @ Oct 21 2020, 02:26 PM) To add further, Basically the construction is completed, hence by right should not delay further than 2020 end cause government ofc still open. Depends on Samik ppl to submit the required docs for VP on time. Claiming interest from developer is normally after 3 years from SPA date. Means, like me signed in Aug 2018, I can only claim after Aug 2021. It is stated in one of the clauses in SPA. As for the renovation, I agree that will take RM100k for a decent renovation and furnishing. I booked 90% furnished unit n paid extra RM50k (via loan) and based on my calculation need another RM30k for the remaining 10%. But of course the 100k is to furnish all 3 rooms plus kitchen, hall n study room. A small renovation is enough, the unit furnished 80% is quite complete actually

QUOTE(shasgen12 @ Oct 29 2020, 06:26 PM) Yup, I'm frustrated as well paying interest for more than 2 years. Gave them benefit of doubt cause of MCO. But I do notice that there are progress to the condo where only final touch being done (although this final touch up taking ages). But whts really getting to nerve is not much communication from the developer side. Their website is stagnant for 1 year plus. What every1 wants to knw is a proper and specific reasons on what is still pending for the VP. And estimated timeline of completion for each reasons instead of general statement tht will be rdy by end of the year. Most project is not done on time, but I believe if any salesman can update in detail wht is pending and specific timeline for completion, the buyers will be less anxious and knw wht to expect. How any complaints/clarification is handled is more important than the actual delay itself. Really appreciate a proper explanation pls Yes, we are all same, in the same boat. But to at least we've seen some progress of the condo as I visited the condo regularly, things are progressively moving. I believed the developer is doing their best to get the project done. A little unfortunate due to COVID-19 pandemic beyond their controls. Let us see how it goes.
