I didnt get upgrade today as email sent by them. However, when i check thru their UNIFI apps on phone, my price drop from 189 per month to 159 per month. No idea yet what happen.

My current package is UNIFI PRO 100mbps RYE2017

Your latest bill? My bill cycle is tomorrow if I'm not mistaken, I'm still seeing last month's bill which is RM 189.

Keep clicking the login button even they shows wrong pw bla bla bla....
Then wait for a while and close the tab, then enter the site again u will be logged in.

Can't login it shows password error. Bah , I guess my unifi speed has not been upgraded yet as there were no SMS that was being sent out anyway

older buildings still using copper line, even they give u turbo u wil not get that speed also. infact even 50mbps also hard to reach

Try log out and log in again.

In that case, they won't be eligible for free upgrade. Not everyone is eligible.

For those having difficulty to login can try using care@unifi app, not sure if it still helps now. I already started using this app since day 1 of its launch and it's logged in all the time.
