I think the list has been updated yes? I remember I saw Yi Ke Shu in the previous list but no more in this updated list

Stuck but still can transfer out, just cannot receive. However, I have linked now, my China friend allows to use her ID. I'm verified now.

Anyway, on 2nd July, there was another accounts cleansing.

I was merely answering to mamamia's question if I managed to use all the money or stuck there. Answer is my money was stuck there. But I also managed to get my friend's ID just now and my account is verified now. So I won't have anymore issue in the future.

Nope. Use her ID to verify my account, one ID can validate 5 accounts I heard. She said just do me a favour and won't help other MY friends/colleagues.

You need to do it yourself in WeChat account. Get the person's bank card no., ID no., name and China phone no. tied to that bank card. OTP will be sent to that no. and that's all.

Yes. But my WeChat is still linked with my own Chinese no., only WeChat Pay details is hers.
It's the same verification service that being provided on Shopee, just that you will be linked to an unknown person.

I am lacking behind. Haha. Catch no ball at first when you mentioned you got your friend's ID to verify for you. But I studied through the conversation between you and mamamia so kinda get some idea now. Have never heard of can get somebody to verify for our account.

Honestly, I am not sure if there's any threat but what if that person is a criminal? God knows especially every single transaction in China can link back to their ID.

Nope. WeChat expects you to use your own identity (ID) and rightfully WeChat Pay CN is meant for Chinese only. Obviously they won't have issue to verify, only non-Chinese citizens will have to find a workaround to get it work.
