WeChat Pay won't attract me since no benefits from using debit card.

better to put a fix quantity of cashback daily, rather than whole pool at once though. so that some water fish who spend don't get it. biggrin.gif

I read the banner it says once per day. Seems like everyone also get chance and abusers can’t whack multiple in a day?

not sure if u really need to link debit card to activate it now, but previously u can without doing so. some ppl here have multiple phone numbers thus multiple accounts.

But to use it and make purchases you need to transfer money from your bank account which is linked using your debit card.

haha, what i learned from all these ewallet threads - usually there will be one primary account. then send money to the rest. haha

but yup, forcing each account to be linked to a debit card will reduce abuse.

sharing my experience:

in my wechat pay wallet I have RM 20.
One day I wanted to reload RM 30 to my prepaid card.
The system automatically detected that I had insufficient credit in my wechat pay wallet, so just directed me to my e-banking page.
After reloaded, my RM 20 remained in my wechat pay wallet, untouched.

u mean they deduct rm30 from your debit card and didn't utilize the existing rm20 in the wallet?
