Thanks for sharing AVFAN.
I recall some information on similar projects (basic apartments) in Puchong are selling for around 100k a pop 10 years ago, also by SP Setia coincidentally. This was the time when Puchong was not exactly the place to be. So I guess 150k - 180k for this launch is not too much to ask.
