low cost apt for low income via application is for price below 70k I think...this one is mid cost.....
but u r right. all will try to goreng this budget type.
now, only people with balls of steel will goreng 6-800k houses paying 30pc down.

this one is not under najis or pr politic, all can buy. just register to ballot.
2 types 800 n 900 sqft. gng, dmc, pool but not condo std la...
total 1600 units. can expect dev own staff prebook.
also possible block sale to gomen for the health institute nearby.
biz people may also buy to house workers for the coming mall.

Thanks for sharing AVFAN.

I recall some information on similar projects (basic apartments) in Puchong are selling for around 100k a pop 10 years ago, also by SP Setia coincidentally. This was the time when Puchong was not exactly the place to be.
So I guess 150k - 180k for this launch is not too much to ask. But for gorengers, 1600 units will be at one go and strata titles in newer areas will take some time to mature. Your risk! hoho

Only 1500 units, 3000 registrants, some registrants buy multiple units. Even no dibs will still sold out like hot cake.

this 24x80 gng came in 2 phases, orig price about 590 and 625k, but same same.
if close to 800k, not too bad as there are no more new links in that gng area.
