it is nothing to do with Pakatan Rakyat,
SP Setia is now bought over and controlled by PNB which is under BN government,
Insider news saying that PNB interrupt the launches of Jati and Baiduri, want to put it under PRIMA scheme, for those who has household income of RM3000 per individual or combined income of RM6000.

the housing development is under State Authority which is Pakatan now
the developer is owned by PNB, and indirectly owned by BN,

so u see the conflict now? and that is why they delay the problem to June. In fact SP Setia management already started collecting the balloting cheque on Friday, until PNB interuptted. State Authority has given the green light to launch, including the advertising permit.

i heard Segi college bought a land, but they might not build a tertiary education there (college/university), Segi may operate an international school there, since great demand for Tenby alike.

Tenby's business is so good until need to turn down lots of students and increase tuition fee by 40%.

Agreed. Kasturi stands out from the other 3.
The layout is like lift lobby in the middle and each units like Semi D layout, means u r sharing the same wall with 1 other unit. More privacy.

balloting closed on 23rd of Oct, around 200+ ppl submitted their ballots fighting for 128 units of shophouses.
All units are out for grasp, no internal booking this round.

Kasturi is
a) bigger BU by 120sqft.
b) lower density, 4 blocks compared to Intan's 5 blocks, means 20% less crowded using the common faciliies.
c) better layout, some units, like 09, 16 are not sharing wall with neighbour, so more privacy, all odd numbers units only share wall with one neighbour, Intan share wall with 2 neighbours (except for corner unit)

yeah i agree. that's why it comes with higher price tag.
For own stay/ flipping, Kasturi may be a good choice. For rental play, Kasturi may not able to rent out with much higher premium compared to Intan.

Kasturi has 4 blocks and 2 blocks booked for internal staffs @ lower price. By the time VP, the investors of Kasturi will need to compete with staffs to sell. Those who intend to ballot need to take note on this.
