guys, do u know is there any agent under spsetia helping the owner to sell off their unit? i got 1 unit for sale as i dont plan to move in due to my working distance...anyone can help?

if i submitted and so lucky kena, can i still get the refund if i reject?
reason being is i will be away for 2 weeks, and trying to ask someone to help me to choose the unit (if so lucky kena)...if i cant get someone to represent, will need to let it go..any idea? |
