How much is the price for Fusca? Land area like last launch also 20x65 seems a bit small, but compensated with the bigger built up area.

Just found out the upcoming single storey and 1 1/2 storey bungalows would be launched soon.

Price min is about RM3.2mil! U la la !

I personally think the township development in precinct 11 not attractive.... not G&G, no attractive green park design..

3.3 mil fr single story bungalow.2 story bungalow 3.2mil.. any1 knows why the later is cheaper?

About 60% units sold off by today for Fusca. Rebate 2% and introducer another 2%, so total 4%, approximately 780k afterall. Free all other fees. P/s: i am owner for it also, buy for own stay. 😁😁

Bigger land but smaller bu.
Next to Tenby school
Single storey banglow should 2.8 mil n above ( land 85*85. BU 2417sf)
One n half storey banglow should be 2.5 mil n above ( land 65*85. BU 2920sf)

For the 2.5 storey link house, Caffra, Crista, Fusca, every subsequent phases increased about $10k. Price did not increase much I must say.

Investment wise not so good for short term flippers.

Was told by SP Staff that it's stopped under the instruction from government. Don't think it's the financial issue as all costs horned by SP for the land swap deal. If 1NIH scrapped, Setia City don't expect to develop further.. Bad news..
