Looking to purchase Elmeri or Montana for own stay.
Visited the site today and noticed a factory not too far away. Possibly top glove factory. Any idea if there is a lot of pollution coming from those chimneys?

FYI, as of today, Montana around 30% taken up. Elmeri a few units remaining.

Sometimes during daytime, visible smoke could be seen coming out from those chimneys. Most of the time they look okay to me.

Hopefully, it does not deteriorate during the night when visibility is poor.

I got the info from SP website. They launched this first part of the so called "Victoria Springs" bungalow yesterday.

Today when I went to the sales gallery, the nett selling price (after 2% rebate) was minimum Rm2.8mil for Ashville the single storey bungalow. There were only 3 units left when I was there this afternoon. It was selling well. I was surprised. The 1 1/2 sty bungalow started from RM2.5mil.

Apparently 70% of the selling price is the land cost. The finishes were not impressive for that kind of price; example only tiles for the flooring and timber for the rooms.

The second part of the Victoria Springs would be launched later.

Don't think is sticker game. I went there almost once every 2 days, many people looking on Fusca. And today just saw a family placed a cheque to book no1 corner lot.

U work/stay nearby since u have plenty of time?

I am currently staying in Klang. Overexcited as this is my first house, so just drop by if got time. 😅😅

I have been Tropicana Aman, but with pylon.
Compare with this, Setia Alam is what I preferred, at this price range.

Response went down actually because previous launch sold out within the same day.
Many parents bought for their child to stay, manage to met a few neighbors during the launch..😆😆 Would say most bought for own stay.

Will have a total of 7 launches for this 3 storey 20 x 65. Fusca is phase 3. Wait for the next one then.

u could never go wrong with property in good location

Been wanting to stay here for quite some time already. But still gotta wait for 2 or 3 more years. 😁
