Precint 11 has no fencing, only guarded. It can be direct access to island of life next to it, with some nice pavillion.

i think many people's mindset still stuck in 1800's.
we're living in an era where mortality rates are at an all time low but cost of living has gone up.
for middle or upper middle income earners to have a good quality of life, i think 2kids is more than enough.
the world is getting over populated, we don't need bigger houses to have bigger families to create more humans to populate the world more, take up more resources and land.

at the rate industrial and agricultural land is being converted to high end residential nowadays i wonder what we're doing economically to sustain it

subang jaya UEP era most landed can fit 3 c-segment cars.
USJ era most landed can fit 2 d-segment cars.
current era most landed can fit 1 alphard only and gate sometime kenot close if driver skill lousy

The first phase is cheaper than this 3rd phase by about 20K+, but that time need queue 3 nights before. Crazy man.
