Does developer have any plans to build a single story bungalows/semiDs or townhouses at Setia Alam?

Just found out the upcoming single storey and 1 1/2 storey bungalows would be launched soon.

Price min is about RM3.2mil! U la la !

I got the info from SP website. They launched this first part of the so called "Victoria Springs" bungalow yesterday.

Today when I went to the sales gallery, the nett selling price (after 2% rebate) was minimum Rm2.8mil for Ashville the single storey bungalow. There were only 3 units left when I was there this afternoon. It was selling well. I was surprised. The 1 1/2 sty bungalow started from RM2.5mil.

Apparently 70% of the selling price is the land cost. The finishes were not impressive for that kind of price; example only tiles for the flooring and timber for the rooms.

The second part of the Victoria Springs would be launched later.
