The house design is nice. But the landscaping design is so so only. Not much attractive points.

Is it..? I notice the setia indah without Gated.. Just Guarded with landscaping fencing. People can walk in... of course... maintenance cheaper...
The SA informed me samething... precinct 11 just have landscaping fencing.
