If RM500K and rental only rm1.1k, then got to top up around RM1.3K sumore. I was thinking of getting catarina. that one i realized rental RM1000 like dat also. May still need to top up but not much. Rent first and maybe in 5 years time, sell liao. Sometimes a bit too late to enter. Received email on Seri Baiduri/ Seri Jati list of bankers. The S&P signing target date t end of July/ early August.
The banks provide by them are: - Tiger bank - UxB - CxxB - PxB - OxBx - HLx - AxB - SxB - AxA So which one have good offer? |

HxB offered my sister BLR -2.2% with No Lock In period.. She applied for UxB, tiger bank, and PxB also but no reply yet

CxxB only offer BLR-1.9%
Got one bank offer the followings: 1st yr: BLR - 2.5% 2nd & 3rd : BLR - 2.45% 4th yr onwards: BLR - 2.4% Lock in period: 3 years from 1st drawndown. Interesting deal but yet to see the validity of it. |

Setia alam now is not very safe, my wife just witness a snatch thief incident in front of the stationary shops. and the owner of the shops said its there been few cases happened. sad~ wtf the policemen doing nowadays..
