chaps, i have 3 units from Baiduri priced at 194k. if any banks can offer me BLR-2.4, its a deal.

cemetery view is not a problem as you can always opt for units facing SOUTH. if you guys look at the master plan, there are many more development up north from Kasturi/Intan - so no worries about the view. Feng Shui? I think no one will talk about this in the next 3 years when everyone is finding for a place to live.
