For GSC Yolo Friyay, if the ticket price doesn't change at the payment page, does it mean that it's fully redeemed?

Just wondering, is it possible to change to another credit card?
My cousin said he just received the UOB Preferred Platinum, but he said the card doesn't have cashback???
Can he request change to YOLO?
*the card haven't activated as he just received yesterday

Adding card is much easier than new application as they're sharing the credit limit.

I have not received. For March I did mostly jompay, but also tested an amount with Boost. Will report if/when receive, and how much I received.
