Colleague & I did the AF waiver via automated IVR on the same day but he received SMS informing of his successful request yesterday while I got nothing.

Called & spoken to the CS a few minutes ago & was passed to the retention team, only to be informed that they're only offering me 50% waiver. I inquired the reason & was told I need to meet the RM15K spend. I countered that this new requirement will only take effect next year & it's not applicable this time around.

They then told me they'll attempt to resubmit my request for full waiver again & let me know by tomorrow morning.

SMH.

My VI got charged for the AF, whereas PME did not. Submitted waiver through UOB Chat Assist and received sms of full waiver in few working days.

Just went through my July 2024 to July 2025 statement. Around 41k+-. I think I spent more on PME than the VI itself.

Not too bad 40k over plus can get an AF waiver. Let's see my time later this year.

Not bad, I don't think I can do 40k for both VI and PME, 1 card maybe but 2 cards definitely not considering I need to hit 20k and 15k for One/One Plat respectively.

Yeah, but I mostly use my PME. Spent around 88k+- across the same duration as my VI (Applied same time). Not sure if this helps with the VI waiver or perhaps I use VI for overseas as well. AFAIK, oversea spending is lucrative for business happy.gif

Yeah, I use these cards for overseas spending only though I wish they were more competitive for local retails.

Is this Balance Transfer zero cost?
