UOB telemarketing department is terrible! I called earlier this month for BT, told me it will take 5 working days, but didnt saw it reflecting. Called again after that 5 working days, and change the amount cause I settled the previous amount, and asked me to wait for another 5 working days, didnt happen. Called at 3pm just now, ask me to wait, will call me back then until now no call back. I am canceling my YOLO card!

My VI got charged for the AF, whereas PME did not. Submitted waiver through UOB Chat Assist and received sms of full waiver in few working days.

Just went through my July 2024 to July 2025 statement. Around 41k+-. I think I spent more on PME than the VI itself.

Yeah, but I mostly use my PME. Spent around 88k+- across the same duration as my VI (Applied same time). Not sure if this helps with the VI waiver or perhaps I use VI for overseas as well. AFAIK, oversea spending is lucrative for business
