Pro is I can do my favourite thing, Cons is will bit tired and spend more money and time.

i think that is a good idea to tackle with problematic employee, who always take MC for no reason. Moreover it can train the employee to be punctual. First time hear about such allowance too

If 100% Attendance also means you cannot take any annual leaves, this is a barbaric move from the company, but still its still an optional allowance but just to fish you to work harder
