Are your on time and late payment of ptptn listed in ctos? If yes, why are they still request your online ptptn statement? Just for my curiosity...

I'm always pay on time.
But I have a back-dated outstanding incurred from the conversion to Ujrah which it cannot be offset via online payment channel like JomPay or Internet banking and must clear it at the branch/office.
I just cleared that outstanding end of 2017.

If your PTPTN in CCRIS is super clean, this won't be a problem.
