just received first credit card statement for this public bank credit card. I want to make payment through online banking and end up pop-up error as below:-

Card registered online is not authorize to make payment.Kindly proceed to the nearest branch for the activation of performing financial related transactions.

Need some advice here on what's action required. Activate at ATM or go to counter?Much appreciated.
