Hi sifus anybody has experience in paying PBB cc bill via maybank2u GIRO ?

I have PBB visa sig and PBB quantum master both in 1 statement. I made payment via m2u GIRO to each cc separately. Unfortunately only one payment is successful , the other deemed failure. Anybody knows what's the reason ?

I think I hv figured it out, maybank2u giro via apps max limit 1000 per day. I try using pc browser to do the giro and it's ok. Strange

That's meant for security.
CIMBClicks App also got such restriction. Either RM 1k or RM 2k daily I can't remember much.

This JUST happened to me too. I've been using only one Shopee account (for my whole household) and this particular card has been used loads before but suddenly got the same error saying linked to multiple accounts.

I deleted and re-added but error still there. Gave up and used another card just to get my weekly promo cashback as I had already swiped RM500 one time.

Has anyone got a working solution?

Immediate solution is before ANY purchase delte your card details at 'My account'.
If you are purchasing more than ONE item, means more than ONE transaction, then manual delete the card details for EVERY transaction.

That is what i do knowing it hasn't been fixed yet.

Yes i do it before EVERY purchase.
If still not workable for you, then logout and re-login and repeat the same method of deleting card info.

Not like MBB, reject terus!
MBB also said that they won't accept PTPTN online statement.
MBB wanted a so called confirmation letter from PTPTN (PTPTN letter head).
