I only give them application form, IC and payslip through... approved in 1 submission. May I know if your company a "big" company?

Just wait for official announcement.... Last time I kena once where I registered 1 day earlier than the announcement. And I'm not qualified for the campaign! Because campaign start from 1st, but I registered on 31st. Even though I receive the confirmation SMS for the successful registration. Have to argue with CS only can get the CB.
