Any sifu knows how to change Correspondence Address for CC statement from Office to Residential address?

dayumm...i forgot about the change of CB to RM38 now...overspend a bit on my limit exceed RM633 already....

call CS, they will email you the "Update Information Form".

fill it up and email back to PBCS Customer Service <custsvc@publicbank.com.my>

Didn't get RM10 cash back for TNB bill payment through payonline on Wednesday. Is payment through payonline excluded from the promo?

AFAIK, utilities (not include those workaround methods) are excluded from the cashback promo.
What is the description of transaction appear on your statement / transaction history?

OK, thanks for clarifying. Have not followed the posts for some time. I remember used to be able to get cash back for earlier promo.

- Tonkatsu By Ma Maison @ 1 Utama - Isetan

For testing purpose whether under dining or not.

Most likely under Departmental Stores? hmm.gif Will try PBB Quantum Visa if got the chance.

so now it is only rm38 cashback per card? since when they adjust from rm60?

The ongoing cashback promo is it applicable
1. when you spend rm100x2 (or rm500x2)in non-cashback category (e.g uniqlo) - you will get rm10 cashback on first come first serve?
