How long to know the application status?.just submit this morning via ringgitplus

When do you apply it?..did they call you once approve?i just submit via ringgitplus on monday..

Why suddenly public back custsvc called and ask me for surat pengesahan bayaran ptptn for quantum cc application.i called ptptn and they said not give kind of this letter unless make full/half settlement.any idea how to get this letter.my ccris seems ok saja.
