12x in a year, can be 12x in a day or 12x in a month or 1x every month.

"preceeding 12 months" meaning every cycle of 12 months period, aka anniversary year! most ppl thought AF is by calendar year (1 Jan till 31 Dec), but it doesnt make sense if you gotten your new card in Dec, right?

so, if approval in Nov, preceeding 12 months will end on Nov next year lor.

for quantum, yes. they are essentially 2 cards.

same to supp cards too.

but Quantum kan free for life cards... so why bother about 12x.

Because when I was use HLB WISE Credit card, buy cloth also can enjoy 10% which under grocery in Sunshine Sqaure

PBB is so outdated. They block my card after RM24x spent using Samsung Pay. I was like WTF... the worst card for Samsung Pay. At least RHB debit card has 10 swipes or RM250 daily limit. HLB debit card has RM400 consecutive swipes before blocking. PBB VS with 30K limit only can consecutive swipe RM250 before blocking? What a joke. I only use my card for online spending. Why don’t they block? What’s the difference between spay and online swipes?
