It was free for  HLB app users. Been using it for more than a year IIRC.

Honestly I think all transfer should be instant and having a flat fee like 50c for all banks. Then only ppl will use. The convenience is a win for everyone.

sometime we can appeal for eg last time one of my transaction on Klook falls on Saturday noon but shown Friday in MBB Amex and miss out the CB.
However after i show them the proof, they revert back the CB for me but your case is very hard as 2am is very near to previous day and you might loose out the claim.
