Haih, could not apply supplementary for my wife cause she is PB staff ._. what sorcery is this LOL. PB staff must use staff credit card ah doi.

Now time to look for other IC to use for supplementary card haha.

Just called PBB again.

The system said "Your application is now pending for documentation"

Does it mean approved ?

Note: I already submitted Application form, EPF Statement and Copy of NRIC.

Sometimes, they are not synch up even though documents are submitted.

seldom face issue from calling CS. pickup is fast.

my number is usually 03-2176 8118 - press 1 for English, press 8 to speak to CS. kaotim.

Call PB - Press 1 for English then Press 8 for CS.

No need to wait for the system to tell me all.

Sometime's it's longer than usual but it's still reasonable to me.

If is too long i'll just put on speaker and wait.

Yea tried call from 8000 and 8118 both same same need wait

Later try call again.

applied VI on 23/7, got replied on 2/8 and sms approved today and check online got VI and WMC in the system~

i don't know, the system just shown 2 cards there even though i didn't apply for WMC...
anyway i'm not eligible for any gift as i already hold VS, QMC and QV
